Sharpening Your Sales Skills: How to sell like a pro even if you hate sales.
Most business owners and service professionals didn't get into their field to sell. Their whole livelihood hangs in the balance. This workshop teaches a structured, comfortable approach to prospecting, presenting, and closing. Participants leave with a repeatable sales process, a personal prospecting plan, and the confidence to have sales conversations without feeling like a salesperson. The program includes my Sales Communication Blueprint and practical exercises in building referral networks through my Champions' Power Referral Network system.
Communication Skills and DISC Training
Miscommunication costs more than most companies realize, in lost deals, turnover, conflict, and wasted meetings. This workshop covers practical communication skills, including active listening, delivering feedback, managing difficult conversations, and understanding behavioral styles through DISC training. Participants learn to read others quickly and adjust their approach for better outcomes in sales, leadership, and daily collaboration.
Leadership Development
Good leaders aren't born. Mentors guide them. We work through real scenarios from your organization and practice the conversations leaders need to have. Participants leave with a personal leadership plan and a simple set of management rituals keeping their teams focused and productive.
Priority and Time Management
High activity levels often hide a total lack of meaningful achievement. This workshop teaches the 80/20 rule in practice: identifying the 20% of activities driving 80% of results and building a weekly structure protecting those activities from interruption. Participants build a priority management plan tailored to their role and commitments.
Business Clarity and Strategic Planning
For leadership teams and ownership groups, this workshop walks through my CLARITY Module process, a 62-question structured assessment of every layer of the business. Teams leave with a clear picture of where they stand, where the gaps are, and a 90-day action plan with specific milestones and owner assignments. This workshop is particularly valuable for businesses preparing for growth, market expansion, or succession.
Mindset Development
Real change starts between your ears. This workshop helps owners and leaders move from a survival mindset to a possibility mindset, changing how they evaluate risk, respond to pressure, and make decisions. We use cognitive-behavioral techniques, visualization, and goal-setting exercises to install the mental habits supporting long-term performance. Participants leave with a daily mindset practice they can maintain independently.
How Workshops Are Delivered
We adjust each lesson for your group. I grab a coffee with the founders to hear about their struggles and how the staff actually works together. Next, I build a workshop focused on your actual hurdles with hands-on drills your group can use right away.
Workshops can run as half-day or full-day sessions, and I also design multi-session programs for organizations wanting deeper skill development over time. I deliver workshops on-site, virtually, and in hybrid formats.
Group sizes range from small leadership teams of five to company-wide sessions of 50 or more. The approach for a five-person startup looks different from the approach for a multi-location enterprise, and I adjust accordingly.
